Australia Permanent Resident under the  Skilled Migration category:
A person with a specific education, occupational skill, experience and personality who meets the Australia Immigration selection criteria.



Eligibility: An applicant must score a minimum of 120 points to qualify under Skilled Migration Category.

Based upon the information provided in your resume we will conduct an eligibility evaluation to determine if you score sufficient points to be eligible to apply for Australia Permanent Resident.

Immigration Categories

Business People
Business Skills migration aims to attract business people with a proven record of business skills and expertise. In particular, it looks at the level of experience of a successful business or investment owner or senior executive.

Employer Nomination
The Employer Nomination Scheme has been developed for Australian employers to recruit, on a permanent basis, highly skilled staff from overseas or temporary residents currently in Australia, when they have been unable to fill a vacancy from within the Australian labor market or through their own training programs.

Family Members
Family stream migrants must be sponsored or nominated by a close family member or fiancé(e) living in Australia. The sponsor must be either an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen, and would usually be 18 years of age or older.

Humanitarian Program
The Humanitarian Program is one element of the Australian Government's approach to assisting people affected by international humanitarian crises, which also involves providing aid, diplomatic initiatives and peacekeeping.

Skilled People
The skilled stream of Australia's Migration (non-humanitarian) Program is specifically designed to target migrants who have skills or outstanding abilities that will contribute to the Australian economy. For General Skilled migration to Australia, applicants or their spouses must be able to satisfy basic requirements. 

Special Category
Special Migration caters for people who fall into one of four migration categories of - Close Ties, Distinguished Talent, Former Resident or Prospective Marriage Spouse.

Processing time
The complete processing period is between 9-12 months, depending upon volume and availability of the staff etc.

How to Start

1. Please send us your latest resume for evaluation along with Application Evaluation Fee of US $ 19.99.

2. After a careful analysis of your resume, by our Australia Immigration firm, we will inform you if you are eligible to apply for Australia Permanent Resident.

3. We will then send you two forms:

Additional Family Information sheet.

The notarized fee agreement.

4. Complete the Additional Family Information sheet and send it to us by email.

5. Fax the copy of the notarized fee agreement.
 
6. Upon receipt of the above, we will prepare the original documents and send the same to you for your review and signatures.

7. We will then file your petition for Australia Permanent Resident.
