We would love to have at least one branch in every State but when we started working out the plan we saw that by doing this the following will happen

Increase in cost of infrastructure and manpower – we would be spending like cola companies where the cola costs only 50Ps but the advertising costs 5Rs and bottle 50Ps and is sold for 8-10Rs, infact there’s nothing wrong for those companies to pass the cost of advertising to the client directly but we thought we would pass only the benefits to customers but not the onus of the branch cost . In this way we don’t have to think to increase the package JUST to meet the costs of the employees and infrastructure rather we would just be more concerned about the applicants file and no more . I am not against the other companies who have branches in every state but obviously they have these branches only as an advertisement and the cost is straight taken by the client who registers there |

Accuracy in giving Information – as a core overseas career consultant it is never easy to pass on the information , eligibility ,criteria ,changes happening in the immigration systems to others in the company and branches . My second point hits this string only where the branches are always far to transform information , agreed that with the new technology we can transit the information in seconds but my BIG Q is how will I make my branch efficiently understand and have the vision of my own into them ? and if it was soo easy then every counselor in all these consultants could have opened their own offices in months !
I will give you a wonderful example , my closest competitor in overseas careers which has NINE branches in India has got 24 visas in WSP last year and we have more than 3 times of their visas with just one branch , I can even give examples in Uk, Australia and Canada but Work Study Program visa to USA is the toughest of all where a consultant has to really work to the core with client as there is a personal interview also which is not there in others . In the same manner I can prove in every section we have more results but yes I can say that I make fewer clients register than those who have these branches , I make lesser money too but I prefer it this way i.e. fewer clients and more conversions in VISA’s .

We would love to have a branch in every state but the problem is that we have key players for this company who run it with their impeccable experience of having lived, worked and understood the countries we deal .Here in AP all are involved in our day to day operations of:

Sales – See very closely that a product is not sold to any one who doesn't need it or is not qualified. |

After sales – Every customer’s application is handled by them personally barring petty work which is assigned to case worker but over seen by default. |

Update – have first hand information on the regular changes in the rules and escalate them to customers. |

If we had 5-10 branches this discipline could have been hard to maintained except that someone clones these pillars of OPULENTUS and we can have them every where . We are and I am sure will never open branches for more income ,but would only do it for our marketing activities which till date was never required as our existing clients from all over India have been doing enough of mouth publicity that gets us business from every corner of the world . |

We would and should be considered as an OUT of the BOX consultants as we do a turn key solution career advice for any overseas requirement and these include very complicated assignments like immigration where a single mistake can ruin the applicants career on a drastic manner . The management takes utmost care to train the limited team which should be and is IMPECCABLE but when the number of branches grow then automatically the number of employees grow and this will result in a serious jeopardy .
