| But why are only these programs in the whole USA have 40 Hrs, what's so special? |

In fact a lot of Universities have this WSP but they give only the permit in the second year. You get a 40 Hours work permit as it is the curriculum has to be practiced and not just read in the class rooms.

| So I still need to go to the college, so how is it different? |
| |
Yes but only 3 days a week and 6pm to 9 pm. You would obviously have an edge. In brief - if you go for an interview on a normal student visa may be to a multinational company because either you have that experience or may be you feel you are eligible , and the employer is fully satisfied with your talent and wants to recruit you but may not as you do not have a 40 Hrs work permit, so you end up doing part time jobs under a non WSP visa i.e. on a regular F1 Status . |

Honestly, even without this WSP they are eligible to go to USA and why cant them? .There is no discrimination on applicants that they have to be only from this back ground. Now for any USA visa you need to present an interview and if you can get thru it then any one can get visa it may be with or without our guidance!!!!!!!!!!!!

| Once you get registered within 10 days from then you will have your social security number and then you are ready to work. The jobs are provided by the HTIR but would be entry and middle management level, but these are like cushion. You choose it only if you feel like as there is no compulsion to work HERE ONLY, if you are eligible in any other company/s you can as you have a work permit for 40 hours so the whole city's corporate is you oyster. |

| If you have it then it will certainly give you an edge but it is not a compulsion as the programs only want to know whether your last 3-4 years of education has been in English or not . The universities also normally give a letter to the USA high Commission saying that these are not required to be faced by the candidate. |

| How do I get Started |
| |
Stage1 – Register your self by paying 650 USD or 25000 INR which ever is the lowest with an OpulentuZ consultant and fill up a registration form. You will receive a unique user name and password on your e mail id in one hour. Log on and fill up all the details online and you will get a check list by default of the documents to be submitted. Once you submit all the documents corroborating the check list it will take 45 working days to get the work permit and the I 20.
Stage 2 – Collect your permit and I 20 by paying a Refundable (Only if your VISA is denied) Deposit of 25000 INR which is towards the service charges of OPULENTUS which includes our consulting charges, Visa documentation guidance , Visa Interview Guidance , Guidance in forms and dates and Bank Loans , Foreign Exchange , Airport Pickup and accommodation . If your visa is denied then this 25000 INR is refunded within 25 – 45 working days. Apart from this you will need give us post dated cheque of 3500 USD equaling amount in Indian currency on Opulentus Overseas Edu Pvt Ltd Name or a Demand Draft of 2500 USD on the HTIR USA, which is giving you a guaranteed JOB and Work Permit. We know it is hard to pay 2500 USD before getting the visa and that's the reason you have an option of giving us a post dated cheque of INR equaling 2500 USD. You would be given a thorough 10-15 sitting on the visa guidance.
Stage 3 – after you get the visa you need to honor your 2500 USD cheque in 5 working days. Incase of you giving us a DD on HTIR name, the same will be sent the concerned. Once your itinerary is confirmed we will arrange a pickup and you need make the university payment referring the above comparison. Once you get registered at the institution you will receive your Social Security Number in 10 to 20 days and you are ready to work full time. |

| If you want to do the above kind of courses then we can process but not under WSP but under regular program. Its because the above kind of a programs do not need any Practical Training outside the campus so you will not get a 40 Hours permit but only 20 hours. |
